Karen has an extraordinarily wide range of experience and job skills, leaving her well equipped as Studio Manager and as a liaison between creative and account management.

Essentially, her role is to ensure THEM’s creative and production ‘engine room’ is running as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

In her private life Karen loves participating in dry land dog racing which involves cross-country sled racing with teams of dogs during the winter months. Because there is no snow it’s not quite as forgiving when you have a spill. With a total of 14 dogs to exercise and keep trained Karen miraculously also finds time to care for her cats!

How does she find the time you ask? Well it is her job at THEM to perform miracles and find time where there is none and somehow she manages to extend these skills to her personal life too!
