Mardy lived in Malaysia as a young child with her parents then moved to Indonesia for 11 years (her parents still live there).

In 2001 she moved to Adelaide after finishing school and in 2007 Mardy completed a Bachelor of Business (International Hotel and Resort Management) and has since worked in Melbourne, Jakarta and London.

Mardy is responsible for a broad range of administrative functions at THEM.

In her spare time she loves to catch up with friends and family and read, as well as travelling when she can.

Her favourite destination so far has been Turkey.
