THEM Advertising & Digital's board is made up of five working shareholder/directors. Mark Wightman is the major shareholders with Steve Dudley, Rob Hutchison,
Karen Elborough and Lloyd Weaver as the remaining shareholder/board members. Heather Read sits on the board as CFO.
